Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting with all day-to-day customer service and reporting to the manager on duty.

Complete register transactions accurately and according to company procedures Assist manager on duty with checking orders and invoices, as well as marking and putting away merchandise in the proper location Assist customers with locating items on the sales floor Answer customer questions or direct them to the proper person who can answer the question correctly Clean shelves and inventory neatly Assist with checking inventory for out-of-date products Answer phones and forward calls to proper individuals Understand and adhere to HIPAA compliance policies Familiarize self with advertised specials and current promotions Participate and engage with the weekly talking point meeting, then follow through on what was discussed Engage with customers on all marketing material given by corporate Create a culture of positivity and excitement within the work environment Maintain a flexible schedule that may include morning, evening, and weekend hours Perform Garden Center functions as needed during season, if applicable Perform Coffee Bar duties as assigned, if applicable Participate in expectations with the Profit Incentive Program Complete other duties as assigned Performance Requirements:
