We need someone who can support the HR team and help assist with a variety of tasks centered around aiding our employees to achieve their full potential!Our Temporary HR Assistants are responsible for many important tasks.
They monitor HR tickets and troubleshoot simple employee issues.
They maintain up-to-date postings and assist the application process, so strong organizational skills and communication skills are a definite must.
If you have a strong sense of empathy and some savvy communication skills, then we'd love to have you on our HR team.

o Helping recruit and hire over 2,000 temporary Customer Service and Warehouse staffo Schedule, organize and conduct mass orientations and building tours for new employeeso Become a main resource for all temporary employee questions and concernso Schedule and conduct interviews for high potential candidateso Assist with employee relations issues, including discipline and terminationo Help keep employee morale up during the busiest timeso Processing and filing of paperwork associated with onboarding temporary employeeso Answering the HR phone line, email, and chat o Screening seasonal applications o Calling, emailing, and/or texting applicantso Other duties as assignedRequirements:
o Working towards a degree in Management, Human Resources, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, Sports Management, Public Relations, Marketing, or similar fields o Exceptional communication and organizational skillso Excellent computer skills, including familiarity and comfort using Microsoft Office Suiteo Attend off-site recruiting eventso Basic knowledge of various employment laws and best practiceso Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentialityo Ability to multi-task, switch priorities at a moment's notice, and possess a strong attention to detailo Ability to make sound judgement calls quickly, confidently, and decisivelyo Ability to remain calm in stressful situationso Fluent in Somalio Fluent in English o High School diploma o Some evening and weekend availabilityPreferred

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
