Registered Nurse (RN) Critical Access Hospital - Sign-On Bonus up to $2,500
Up to $2500 Sign On Bonus! As a.Registered Nurse (RN),.you will be responsible for the delivery of individualized patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Minimum Education, Experience, and License/Certifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current professional nurse licensure in Minnesota or if licensed in another state, a permit from the Minnesota Board of Nursing while the license application is in process BLS certification ACLS, TNCC, and PALS within 6 months of hireCharge:
1 or more years of acute care experience in RN role ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC or CALS within 6 months of hire Preferred Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):
Bachelor's degree in Nursing 1-3 years of Medical Surgical Nursing TNCC or CALS ACLS PALS or ENPC CEN CMSRN RN Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Ability to meet and maintain the necessary background checks as aligned with position functions Demonstrate critical thinking and decision making Capable of making independent decisions with the use of good critical thinking and problem solving skills Ability to work and multi-task in a high stress and fast paced environment Ability to work autonomously and as a team, including during cares, admitting, discharge planning Ability to respond appropriately to unpredictable situations and diverse patient populations Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions as mentioned aboveEOEJob Type:
