Responsibilities:
Ensure that the facility is always in operating condition Interior / Exterior Lighting Small Appliance Repair Painting / Drywall Repair Office Set-up - tear-down - Furniture Relocating Perform electrical, HVAC, and plumbing maintenance work Investigate and service any complaints or concerns involving the facility interior Inspect work performed to ensure it meets the required expectations and standards set by the company and leadership Perform regular preventative maintenance inspections of the facility Investigate and service any complaints or concerns involving the facility Assist other maintenance employees with projects and tasks Assist with Outside Vendor Management / Scheduling Perform Lockout Tagout Handle chemicals Keep work area clean and orderly Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Ability to successfully plan, and complete project work with little supervision Additional duties as assigned by management Minimum
Qualifications:
Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation Ability to become certified in Lockout Tagout Ability to become certified in Chemical Handling Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation Basic computer skills Education:
